Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. This year we celebrated at my sister's house. My parents, Ricky's parents and our friend Ashley and her son, Sonny spent Thanksgiving together. We had alot of good food and had alot of fun together. We truly are blessed!

 Soph and Jax had a blast together. We call them twins or double trouble because when they get together...watch out lol!

 We went to Cinci on Tuesday to get family pictures taken on Wednesday. Tuesday night Linds, Jay, Makenzie and Brian all came over to see us. Soph wanted to play the piano with Uncle Jay:

Yesterday Soph's school invited all the parents to join the children for pumpkin pie. All the kids made their own personal pie and then they had pie for the parents as well (not made by the kids lol). El and I got to her school and all the kids were lined up on the steps waiting for the parents. Soph's face seriously lit up when we walked in. She jumped up and ran to us saying she was "soo excited we came!"

We had so much fun with her.

Young Chefs Academy

Soph was invited to her friend, Ashley's birthday party on Sunday. Sophia was soo excited. She calls her "little Ashley" because I'm "big Ashley."

 

The birthday party was at Young Chefs Academy. We've never been there before and Soph loved it. It was really cute.

What have we been up to?

Here's a random post of what we've been up to the past couple of weeks.

 

El asked Soph what she wanted to do on his day off and she said "go to the falls." She loves going to the falls, looking at nature, walking through the creek and finding rocks, four leaf clovers, etc. She's JUST like Elliott.

 On one Saturday Soph and I went to see Big Hero. Despite acouple parts that were kind of scary, she really liked it and watched the entire movie.

 We saw the 3D movie and of course we HAD to get popcorn:

 Soph had her six month teeth cleaning:

 She was of course all smiles. She LOVES going to the dentist.

 After her dentist appt. I took her to a restaurant called Melt. They have all different kinds of grilled cheese and they're HUGE:

 Nana and Poppy were in town and Poppy made his famous tostado pizza so we went over to the Beaty's. We also helped Jax celebrate his birthday with cake and ice cream:

 Soph saw her Halloween costume from when she was one and wanted to try it on:

 We got alot of snow last week so Soph wanted to play in it. She was outside for 10 minutes before she wanted to come in. She said her face hurt. It was really cold out that day. Here she's helping El clear the driveway:

 We started a new reward system using stickers for her attitude, doing chores and listening. Once she received 10 stickers she could go to the toy store and pick out a toy. After picking out a toy she wanted to ride on Pooh - next time we'll save money and just let her ride on Pooh. She loved it.

 She asked for Anna braids one day so I tried to get two braids. Her hair is so short and thin that its super hard to do anything with it. Somehow I was able to get two braids. She was so happy!

 One day she loaded her baby stroller with about 30 animals and wanted her picture with it:

Jaxon's Birthday Party

Sunday was Jaxon's third birthday party. He loves ice cream, loves playing so they chose the perfect location....Graeter's Ice Cream. Soph had a blast!
