Annual Hog Roast

After the zoo we went to my grandpa's annual hog roast at St. Mary's Lake. The kids love going, riding the golf cart, seeing their cousins and fam and hanging out.

 Someone was selling jewerly so my dad let Soph pick out something - she picked this flashy necklace:

 It rained for about 10 minutes and left some puddles - I let the kids do something I've never let them do...play in it.

 When it was time to go Eli didn't want to go - he wanted to stay with his Poppy:

 Everyone except for me (the driver) fell asleep on the ride home. I just love going every year - such a fun day with friends and family!

Columbus Zoo

We started our July 4th weekend off with a trip to the zoo. We got there right before they opened which was perfect - not too packed or too hot.

Father's Day

The Beaty's invited us to their cabin for the afternoon to celebrate Father's Day. Elliott was SUPER excited.

We shot guns. El teaching Soph how to shoot one of his many guns:

Girls weekend

My sister, mom, aunt, cousin and I all went to Kelly's Island a few weeks ago for our hopefully annual girls weekend. We had so much fun and literally laughed the entire weekend!!

Cheers (no, we weren't driving - we were waiting on the ferry to take our car to the island):

 After riding around on the golf cart our hair literally went from curled...to straight. But we didn't care!
