Eli is 1 week old

Below are some pictures of Eli during his first week. I can't believe he's already a week old...makes me soo sad! He had a busy first week after getting out of the hospital.

After putting him in a sleeper, Soph wanted to get in her pj's that looked like his (despite it being hot out lol):
We went on several walks around the neighborhood and Eli mostly slept through them:
He likes sleeping in his nappers and being swaddled:
We took a trip to Lowe's to get a fridge for our garage:
He had his 1 week appointment and everything looked great. When Eli was born he was 9 pounds, when we were discharged he weighed 8 pounds 10 ozs and then at his 1 week check up he was up to 9 pounds 6 ozs. He loves to eat, sleep and be snuggled. He doesn't like getting his diaper changed or being naked.

 He loves his swing:
But isn't a big fan of the floor mat. He only likes to lay on it for a few minutes:

Sweet kisses from his big sister:
Oh how I love my baby boy:

 So alert:

 More kisses from big sister:
How sweet is this picture of Soph reading to her little brother?
My mom and I gave him his first "real" bath. He wasn't a big fan.

Time PLEASE slow down! I'm trying to cherish every moment! I'm loving being at home as a family with Eli, Soph and Elliott.

Jamisen's Birthday Party

This past weekend I took Soph and Eli to Piqua for the night. El went to Ricky's sister's annual party. Me and the kids had a lot of fun in Piqua. During the day we had their cousin Jamisen's first birthday party. It was a blast to say the least. The kids literally had a smile on their face the whole two hours we were there. The party had it all.

Soph checking out the petting zoo which included a tortoise, kangaroo, llama's and goats:
 Pony rides:

Games with lots of prizes including real fish (we went home with three fish for her tank lol):
 Candy/sweet station:
 Balloon artist:

 Showing off her face painting:
 Showing off her balloon hat:
 Photo booth with silly props:

My handsome boy all dressed up for the party. He mostly stayed inside during the party because it was TOO hot for him outside.
Then, on Sunday my grandparents and Macy came up to see the kiddos.
 Grandma Elders loved Eli:
Seeing her youngest great grandson for the first time:

Such a great trip to Piqua!

Cousin time

The past week has been great - we've been able to spend a lot of time with the Beaty's. Soph loves spending time with Addie and Jax and Eli loves his cousin Annaston.

Cousins 8 weeks apart:

I love being off in the Summer with my babes and it's soo nice that my sister is off as well.

Ohio State Fair

Last Friday Soph and I went to the Ohio State Fair with my mom, sister, Addie, Jax and Annaston. We left Eli at home because I thought it would be too hot (and El thought it would be too dirty lol) for a 5 day old. I missed him though and kept texting El to check on him and requested pictures. :) It was nice to have some alone time with Soph though. I think she needed it and she had a blast with her cousins. Soph loves the fair as much as I do. :)

The skyline makes me nervous...especially with kids so I sat out with Annie and Soph rode with Auntie and Addie:
Jax wanted to ride with Nana:
Mom my got the kids wristbands so they could ride as many rides as they wanted (thanks mom). They loved all the rides:

Seriously how cute is this picture of Jax putting his arm around Soph?
I tried to capture a selfie of Soph and I on the rollercoaster:
Since I just delivered Eli acouple days prior I decided the giant slide wouldn't be a good idea. Luckily Misty went up with the kiddos. They loved it and went down all by themselves.

 Soph loved the bumper boats:

Soph and Addie also rode the horses:

We went to the petting farm and fed some animals:

Then Soph and Addie wanted to ride the camel:

 Love this picture:

Such a fun day!!
