Soph's First School Field Trip - Lehner's Pumpkin Patch

Soph had her first school field trip on Monday. She was soo excited. We've been building it up for weeks. I signed up weeks ago to be a chaperone. I was soo looking forward to it. Then, last week I traveled to Denver for work and pretty much changed my job focus and received a new area (Oracle Cloud Marketing) so I'm swamped at work right now. I had several meetings on my calendar on Monday so sadly I couldn't go. El took my spot instead. :) I was super jealous. He did send me a ton of pictures though.

 

Soph was soo excited to ride the school bus. Her partner for the day was her friend Emily.

 They were all allowed to pick 1 pumpkin - it could be whatever size they wanted as long as they could carry it. Soph picked this one because she said it was "cute."

 They all had to wear their school blue t-shirts. Soph has hers on too, it's under her pink cardigan. They had lunch:
