Lego Cafe

On our first day of break we met Kush for lunch at PHB then we went to the Lego Café. We've never been before, however, the kids loved it. They had all kinds of legos for all ages.

Soph loved building towers:
 Eli liked the race ramp:

Eli liked pushing Soph's towers over too:

Soph's school holiday party

Soph had her kindergarten Holiday party a few weeks ago. I signed up to bring decorations and goodie bags. Soph was so excited.

Soph's class with their teacher, Miss S:

The kids had snacks, made ornaments and got their pictures taken with their parents. It was so much fun! The party was on Wednesday, December 21 which was Soph's last day of school until January 4. I'm off until January 3. We're planning on lots of fun activities for the break!

Eli's surgery

Eli had his third and hopefully final surgery a few weeks ago. He had to be there two hour prior to the surgery start time. I took Eli and Elliott stayed at home with Soph until she had to catch her bus. Then Elliott met us. Eli did great. He played before his surgery:

They always give him a new toy - this time he got a giraffe:
He did NOT want to wear the socks:
A before picture of his scar:
He loved playing with all the cars:
And had me push him and his giraffe in the wagons:

Eli isn't into stuffed animals like Soph, however, he loved his giraffe and kept giving it kisses:

He was running around the halls, smiling and waving to all the nurses.
He LOVED the smell of his mask:

My sweet boy before going back:
The surgery went well. We find out on 1/4 if it'll be his last. Fingers crossed!!

KPMG holiday party

We had my work party a few weeks ago. A big thanks to Linds and Sharon for keeping the kids all weekend so we could attend my party and get some Christmas shopping done.

El and I on our way to the party:
It was held in a cool venue:

Alum Creek Lights

Another yearly tradition is taking the kids to the Alum Creek lights which is literally a mile away from our house. I'm not sure what they like more - seeing the lights or not having to be in their car seats.

Because it was dark in my car I didn't get many good pictures.

Auntie/Addie Day

A few weeks ago we had our annual Auntie/Addie Day to celebrate Addie's birthday. We had so much fun!

First we went to a new donut shop for breakfast:
Then we went to downtown Dublin to find the Elfs. This is Addie's favorite. We always go into the cupcake shop and Addie made her own cupcake at the cupcake bar:
Addie with her elf check list and all her treats:
Then we went to American Girl:
 She picked out some things:
 Such a fun day!!

Santa, bell ringing, visit with Nana and Poppy

This is a random post with what we've been up to recently.

Soph and I rang the bell for The Salvation Army. First her and I rang it together, then two weeks later her and El rang it. We had so much fun and collected money for those in need.
We took the kids to see Santa and Eli was NOT happy about it. The kids AFTER seeing Santa.
He cried and pointed at me the entire 30 seconds. Soph was excited.

Nana and Poppy came to stay with us one night. The kids playing with Poppy:
