17 weeks

17 weeks old and surprised me tonight by....ROLLING OVER! I was soo proud of her. She was laying on her blanket playing, I was next to her grabbing another toy and she went from her stomach to her back. So I of course, reached for the video camera (which has been out and ready for this) and she did it again, right away, and the video didn't turn out that great. So I tried again. I put her on her stomach (which she hates) and had the video camera rolling ...and nothing. Oh well, she did it twice in a row and I couldn't be more proud of my little peanut. Now, if we can get her to roll from her back to belly lol! I bet that'll take awhile since she hates being on her tummy. I'll post a video this week after Elliott shows me how to do it.

While at my sisters this weekend we put Sophia in Jaxon's swing and she loved it. We decided to trade since Sophia's swing is more for smaller babies and Jaxon's is for bigger babies. Yesterday I put her in it and she fell asleep right away. She loves it.

Since she's teething (or at least we think she is) she has been slobbering and getting her clothes and bibs wet. My mom told me to get her the water proof bibs. I bought some from Wal-Mart and they are working out great. I still have to keep changing them but at least her clothes aren't getting wet. They aren't as cute as her others but if they keep her dry, that's all that matters.
