Soph and I had a lot of fun this weekend! On Friday we went shopping, then got milk shakes and went home to hang out. Then, on Saturday, we had plans to go to the St. Patty's Day parade, however, we got rained out. So, we went for donuts Saturday morning at a bakery we've never been to before. They were pretty good. It's not a chain and we've been wanting to try it. Soph and I love our donuts. ;)
Since we had planned on going to the parade with Ashley and Sonny we decided to meet them for lunch. So we took the kiddos to Chick-Fil-A. Sonny is soo cute and Soph loved playing with him. He literally smiled the whole time we were together. Soph and Sonny:
After lunch, Soph told me she wants to name her brother Sonny lol! Then, Soph and I went shopping. We stopped in at Meijer (which we never go there) and after getting acouple things, Soph rode the penny horse. Such a good deal.
Then we played outside. It's blurry but she's out back playing in the mud. She was a muddy mess so I had her strip at the back door before coming in. I sound JUST like my mother!
This is what our living room looks like every weekend. Soph gets out a ton of toys and plays for hours. I received acouple things in the mail this week so we had acouple boxes and Soph took advantage of the boxes. In this picture she built a "house" with one box and acouple other things. She played in the house for awhile.
After El got up, we went to Red Robin for dinner. There was a wait so Soph played a game to win a ball (even though we have like 50 of these already). She put the ball in her shirt and said she had a baby in her belly. Oh Soph. Everyone around us started cracking up.
We came home and played outside. Soph was excited to take a spin around the neighborhood in her jeep:
