Apple pie baking

After getting a TON of apples from the orchard, Soph and I decided we'd make home made apple pie. Ok, well maybe not completely homemade. We didn't make the crust from scratch but we did everything else. It was fun and Soph loves to bake.

Soph and I baking:

Soph was pleased with the pie:
Thumbs up for apple pie ala mode:
The next day we baked acouple more pies, bought some cookies, made cards and delivered them to the Powell police station and to our favorite police officer Joe to thank them for keeping us safe.

Apple Orchard

We took the kiddos to Lynd Fruit Farm last week to pick apples.

They had fun things to do again this year:

Soph had to try out the apples lol:

Love this sweet picture of El and Soph:

I didn't even tell her to kiss her brother for this picture:

We were all exhausted afterwards and took a family nap.

He's smiling and laughing a lot more:

 Soph loves her baby brother:
He will sleep with his arms up like this from time to time:
Captured a sweet moment between Soph and Eli:
 She wanted to hold him:
 Happy baby:
I got both kids ready and out the door and to church EARLY by myself. I was impressed...and I got this picture before we left:

He loves going on walks in his stroller:
I took both kids to Piqua for the night to spend some time with my parents and family. My grandma was so sweet with Eli:
