This past week we took a trip to Grand Haven, MI. We had a lot of fun spending acouple days together, just the three of us. Since Elliott started his new job he doesn't get to take time off so it was nice for him to take one day off in addition to his two days off for the week so we could go away for acouple days.
Soph was soo excited to leave Tuesday morning:
I had the car all packed and ready Tuesday morning when Elliott got home so we could get on the road. After he got home, he changed and I drove the 5 1/2 hours. We went through some storms towards the end of the drive but eventually made it and the rain stopped so we went straight to Grand Haven State Park to see the beach. As soon as we got out of the car, Soph ran straight to the water.
She loved it!! We couldn't change her into her bathing suit at first because she was having too much fun.

The water was kind of chilly but Sophia didn't mind.
